Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) / CRM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Trade Promotion Management and SAP CRM. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, supporting integrations, and managing implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Trade Promotion Management processes and experience working with Consumer Products / CPG / FMCG business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and related SAP CRM functionalities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.
• Configure and support TPM processes including:
• Trade Promotion Planning
• Promotion Execution
• Customer & Product Hierarchies
• Budgets & Funds
• Trade Spend Management
• Promotion Accruals
• Claims & Settlements
• Work with SAP CRM components and integration with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Integration, BW/BI, and other technical teams.
• Support interfaces between TPM/CRM and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, POS, and external applications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Support data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in business workshops and provide user training where required.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP TPM/CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TPM / Trade Promotion Management.
• Good working knowledge of SAP CRM and customer-related processes.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Products / CPG / FMCG business processes.
• Experience in:
• Trade Promotion Planning & Execution
• Trade Spend Management
• Funds & Budgets
• Accruals
• Claims & Settlements
• Knowledge of integration between SAP TPM/CRM and SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD, customer master, product master, pricing, billing, and settlement processes.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical development teams.
• Good experience in testing, debugging, defect management, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5 and modern SAP architecture.
• Experience with SAP BW/BI reporting related to trade promotions.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as:
• APIs
• IDocs
• RFC
• SAP CPI
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• SAP certification in CRM, S/4HANA, or related SAP technologies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a strong SAP functional professional who can independently interact with business stakeholders, understand complex trade promotion processes, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and coordinate effectively with technical and integration teams.

Candidates with immediate to 15 days' notice period are preferred.
