Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Contract Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting customer contracts and service contract processes within SAP CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP CRM Contract Management processes.
• Work on customer contracts, service contracts, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP CRM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Contract Management.
• Experience in implementation and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of CRM Service processes.
• Experience with functional specifications and testing.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
