SAP CRM ABAP Developer

We are hiring an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Developer for a permanent role supporting Global Customer Operations for a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support SAP applications using ABAP/4 and CRM programming techniques with a quality-driven methodology

• Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement SAP applications

• Act as a technical consultant to design and develop objects

• Integrate SAP with cloud and third-party solutions

• Support global customer operations for sales-related applications

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP ABAP - strong command of RICEFW objects

• CRM Web UI - MVC architecture and BSP components

• SAP CRM Middleware

• CRM One Order Framework

Desirable Skills:

• Opportunity Management, Activities, Service Requests

• BOL/GenIL programming

• Approval workflows and BSP programming

• SAP dialog programming, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs

• Object-Oriented ABAP (global classes, interfaces, methods, events)

• External web services (SOAP, REST)

• HANA-enabled SAP applications and performance tuning

• SAP Business Object reporting tools

• Manufacturing business process knowledge

Eligibility:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA in a related field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
