Role : SAP CPI / Integration Consultant (Support & Maintenance)

Exp: 6-10 years

Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai

Virtual Interview: 20th Aug 26

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor SAP CPI interfaces, resolve message failures, and fix mapping or connectivity errors in a production environment.

• Incident Management: Handle high-priority tickets, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely resolutions within SLA limits.
• Integration Maintenance: Update integration flows (iFlows) when source or target systems change.
• Artifact Management: Manage security materials, user credentials, certificates, and value mappings on the SAP Cloud Integration tenant.
