Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Develop and support integrations using Dell Boomi and SAP ABAP, as applicable.
• Work with SuccessFactors APIs, including SFAPI and OData APIs, for employee data replication and other integration scenarios.
• Develop and enhance integration flows using Groovy/Java scripting, mappings, and standard/custom adapters.
• Work with SOAP and REST web services for system-to-system integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot API access, RBP permissions, and integration accounts in SuccessFactors.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Monitor integrations, analyze failures, and provide technical support to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with SFAPI, OData APIs, SOAP, and REST web services.
• Experience with Dell Boomi and/or SAP ABAP, along with SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Knowledge of Groovy or Java scripting for integration development.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors integration accounts, API permissions, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• SuccessFactors module certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates willing to work from the required location and join on a contract basis.
