About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on SAP Service Management (SM) modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize SM processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SM implementation and provide resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
