SAP Kinaxis Solution Architect / Senior Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years Kinaxis – 5+ years.
Location: Bangalore only.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Kinaxis Enterprise solution with 9+ years of IT and Supply Chain Planning experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP ERP/S4HANA integration, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead solution design, client engagements, global implementations, and drive business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementation and transformation programs.
• Design scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Drive Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Define data models, planning hierarchies, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Lead workshops, solution architecture reviews, and governance meetings.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Identify business process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT/Supply Chain experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Planning
• Capacity Planning
• S&OP / IBP
• Order Fulfillment
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Strong understanding of supply chain data models and planning workflows.
• Experience in large-scale global implementation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP IBP, APO, PP, MM, SD exposure.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-based integrations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or consumer goods industries.
• Kinaxis Certifications preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
