SAP Compensation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. The role involves leading implementations, driving compensation transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP HCM solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to compensation planning and rewards management.
• Configure compensation templates, budgets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and compensation worksheets.
• Design and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Employee Central, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in S/4HANA transformation programs involving HR, payroll, finance, and compensation-related processes.
• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Manage compensation cycle activities including planning, execution, validation, and post-cycle support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide recommendations aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, and Payroll.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and implementation.
• Expertise in Variable Pay and compensation planning processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Employee Central integration, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Understanding of compensation budgeting, merit planning, bonus programs, and reward frameworks.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
• Experience working on global compensation programs.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA HR-related integrations and data migration activities.
• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Talent Management.
