Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Commissions Consultant / SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) Specialist to implement, configure, and support SAP incentive compensation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Commissions/APM, incentive compensation management, SQL, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions.
- Design incentive compensation plans and commission structures.
- Gather business requirements from Sales, HR, and Finance stakeholders.
- Develop workflows, rules, and calculations.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Optimize system performance and reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout implementation.
