SAP Commission Developer_ Senior Consultant

As a GDS SAP Commission Developer, you will be part of the GDS delivery team responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement and support of SAP Commissions solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining commission rules, compensation plans, crediting logic, measurement rules, incentive rules, deposit rules, dashboards and reports based on business and technical requirements. You will work closely with functional consultants, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Commissions solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP Commissions configuration, troubleshooting and production support. A background in incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or SAP CallidusCloud implementation would be beneficial. You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues. You will anticipate and identify risks within engagement and share any issues with senior members of the team.
