Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP E-Commerce/Commerce projects from solution design to delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of technical and functional consultants.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable SAP Commerce solutions.
Drive pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support business development by participating in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills

1218 years of experience in SAP E-Commerce/SAP Commerce domain.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
Experience in solution architecture and enterprise integrations with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
Proven experience leading implementation teams and managing project deliveries.
Strong pre-sales experience, including solution design, estimations, proposal creation, and client presentations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with global clients is highly preferred.
