SAP Cloud ALM

Role Overview

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM across SAP landscapes.

• Focus on SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite).

• Responsibilities include monitoring processes, troubleshooting incidents, supporting deployments, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle and service operations.

• Onboard SAP BTP subaccounts and cloud solutions.

• Monitor business processes, integrations, jobs, and exceptions.

• Set up alerts, dashboards, and SLA reporting.

• Support test management, requirements, and project management.

• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Basis, Development, and Functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance.

• Provide end-user support and training.

 Must-Have Skills

• SAP Cloud ALM implementation & support.

• SAP BTP administration & monitoring.

• Business Process & Health Monitoring.

• Incident troubleshooting & root cause analysis.

• SAP S/4HANA and cloud integration experience.

• ITIL processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture & Governance.

• Experience in SAP BTP innovation projects.

• SAP Cloud ALM certification.

• SAP Integration Suite (iFlows, APIs).

Interfaces

• Collaborates with requirements engineers, business analysts, incident/problem managers, release/change managers, and test engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–6 years of SAP experience, with exposure to SAP Cloud ALM and BTP.

• Hands-on with SAP Integration Suite monitoring.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management.

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
