SAP Cloud ALM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management activities including implementation, operations, and monitoring.
• Configure Business Process Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Job Monitoring.
• Support deployment tracking, requirement management, testing, and change management processes.
• Monitor SAP applications and interfaces to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and technical teams to resolve incidents and optimize operations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration projects.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP cloud solutions.
• Experience in Application Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Alert Management.
• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and cloud implementation projects.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Lifecycle Management concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
