About the Role

Capgemini is seeking highly skilled SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultants to join our growing SAP Finance Transformation practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Central Finance, SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial process transformation, data migration, and system integration. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide Central Finance solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Central Finance Implementation & Solution Design

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Central Finance solutions.
• Configure and support SAP CFIN functionalities including:
• Initial Load & Replication
• Central Payment
• Central Reconciliation
• Application Interface Framework (AIF)
• Source System Mapping
• Key & Value Mapping
• Design and implement real-time financial data replication using SAP LT Replication Server (SLT).
• Collaborate with business teams to harmonize finance processes across multiple ERP landscapes.

Integration & Data Migration

• Integrate SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems into the SAP Central Finance environment.
• Manage data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support financial master data governance and integration with SAP MDG.
• Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy throughout migration and replication processes.
• Troubleshoot replication and interface issues to ensure business continuity.

Finance Transformation & Process Optimization

• Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA Central Finance capabilities.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on SAP best practices.
• Enable process standardization and harmonization across global business units.
• Support business stakeholders in defining future-state finance operating models.

Financial Reporting & Support

• Support financial reporting, analytics, and consolidation requirements.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, SAC, and BW.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues related to:
• Data Replication
• Financial Postings
• AIF Monitoring
• Mapping Errors
• Reconciliation Discrepancies
• Financial Reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with:
• SLT Replication
• AIF Framework
• MDG Integration
• Data Migration & Reconciliation
• Financial Master Data Management
• SAP Fiori Applications
• Understanding of SAP integration methodologies and architecture.

Functional Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

Preferred Experience

• 6 to 15 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP Central Finance experience.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP Central Finance implementation is preferred.
• Experience working on global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Exposure to Treasury, Group Reporting, and Cash Management would be an advantage.
• Experience in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
