Role & responsibilities

The Car Consultant focuses on integrating and optimizing SAP's POS Data Transfer (POSDTA) functionalities within retail environments. This role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow from point-of-sale systems to SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), enhancing retail operations and analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

System Integration: Configure and maintain SAP POSDTA to facilitate accurate data transfer from POS systems to CAR.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in POS data handling and integration processes.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for POSDTA-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align POSDTA configurations with business requirements.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
