- Core Configuration: End-to-end setup of Lead-to-Cash and Service Management processes, including Lead/Opportunity management, Case Designer, SLAs, and Routing Rules.
- V2 Modern UI: Expert configuration of the Digital Sales Workplace, Guided Selling playbooks, and the Agent Desktop/Service Console.
- Integration & Extensibility: Proficiency in connecting V2 with S/4HANA or ERP via SAP BTP (CPI) and developing side-by-side extensions using SAP Build Code or the CAP model.
- Omnichannel Support: Setting up communication widgets for Email, Chat, and WhatsApp within the V2 environment.
- Data Management: Managing complex migrations using the Data Transfer Tool and understanding the V2 Event Framework for real-time data triggers.
- Business Alignment: Conducting workshops to map business roles, territories, and organizational structures to V2 s native capabilities.

- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
- SAP BTP Extension Suite / SAP Build Code certification or proven project experience.
- Legacy-to-V2 Transition: Experience converting ABSL (V1 SDK) logic into the Node.js/BTP environment required for V2.
- AI Implementation: Experience deploying embedded AI features such as GenAI Email Drafting, Case Summarization, and Intelligent Lead Scoring.
- SAP Activate Methodology: Familiarity with the "Clean Core" approach to ensure sustainable, upgrade-stable implementations.
