Provide 24/7 production support for SAP BW.Monitoring scheduled SAP BW data loads using Control-M to ensure successful execution of ETL processes.Monitor and resolve Process Chain, Info Package, DTP, and data load failures.Close monitoring of BW data loads/Process chains especially during month end and make sure data available for reporting/users.Investigate and resolve production incidents, defects, and user-reported issues within agreed SLAs.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues if any.Handle incidents (user/system generated), Service Requests, Change Requests, and minor enhancements.
