About this role
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a SAP BW Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilities - Provide support for SAP BW including Data Extraction, ETL processes, Process Chains, InfoProviders, Queries, BEx, data loads, reporting issues, and performance optimization. Support integration with ECC modules.
- Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
- Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
- Support deployment activities and transport management.
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
- Ability to work in shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support.
