SAP BW/4HANA Lead Consultant

SAP BW Lead Consultant (SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP & Analytics) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Lead Consultant to lead and support enterprise data warehousing solutions based on SAP BW/BW/4HANA. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end enhancements, releases, support, and continuous improvements across the SAP BW landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP for BW, data modelling, and analytics technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere. Experience with Vistex processes and integrations is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Required Qualifications Technical Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI/BW/4HANA. Strong expertise in: SAP BW/4HANA development Strong ABAP development skills within SAP BW environments. Experience with SAP HANA modelling and performance optimization. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere. Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts and best practices. Functional & Delivery Experience Proven experience leading SAP BW enhancements, projects, and support activities. Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Ability to perform impact assessments and provide solution recommendations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with Vistex solutions and related business processes. Experience integrating Vistex data into SAP BW/BW/4HANA reporting solutions. Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reporting tools. Experience supporting BW modernization or migration initiatives
