The Opportunity
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SAP BW/4HANA , native HANA , and SAP Analytic s Cloud.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable.
- User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality.
- Assist with development of analytic reporting, BI tools, dashboards, and data modeling.
- Pursue problems and resolve technical issues. Debug, fine tune and optimize report performance.
- Working closely with BSAs (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 8+ years of development experience in SAP HANA and BW4/HANA solution delivery
- Bachelor s or master s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP HANA and BW/4HANA features including custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with native SAP HANA and BW/4HANA data modelling views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL scripting.
- Ability to build and support back-end security models to safeguard business critical sensitive data
- Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering, and sorts to support complex business reporting scenarios.
