SAP Business Systems Analyst / Tester – Operations (PTP & Manufacturing)
Quality & Adoption Enablement Team (Offshore) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
SAP BSA / Tester – Operations with expertise in Procure to Pay (PTP) and Manufacturing processes. This role focuses on elevating test quality, building automated regression coverage, and enabling user adoption within operational SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities SAP Testing & Quality
- Validate and enhance operational process test scenarios
- Ensure accurate reflection of procurement and manufacturing workflows
- Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Identify integration risks across supply chain processes Test Automation
- Convert manual scripts into automated regression suites using Panaya
- Maintain reusable automation assets
- Support regression strategy as new capabilities are introduced Digital Adoption
- Develop Whatfix-based guided walkthroughs for operational users
- Improve clarity of process guidance
- Support usage analytics and training effectiveness monitoring Functional Focus – Operations (PTP & Manufacturing)
Procure to Pay (PTP)
- Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Supplier procurement lifecycle
- Goods receipt and warehouse put-away
- Inventory movements and stock management
Manufacturing / Plan to Make (PTM)
- Production execution
- Backflushing
- Shop floor integration
- Material consumption and inventory reconciliation
Required Skills & Experience SAP Operations Expertise
- Strong understanding of PTP and Manufacturing processes
- Ability to convert operational workflows into structured test cases
Testing & Automation
- Functional testing and regression validation
- Automation experience with Panaya or similar tools

Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or equivalent SAP experience.
