Job Title: SAP B1 Executive

Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP B1 Executive to support our day-to-day IT operations and SAP Business One activities. The candidate will work closely with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of SAP B1 and resolve user-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One (SAP B1) users.
• Understand business requirements and assist in configuring SAP B1 accordingly.
• Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Business Partners.
• Assist with master data creation and maintenance, including customers, vendors, items, price lists, etc.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP transactions, documents, reports, and approvals.
• Assist in SAP B1 reports, queries, and MIS requirements.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks within SAP.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants/vendors for technical or functional issues when required.
• Assist in SAP B1 upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new processes.
• Prepare basic user guides and provide training/support to employees on SAP processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of SAP issues, solutions, and process changes.
• Provide support for general IT-related issues, including computers, printers, network connectivity, email, and software.
• Assist with IT asset management, user access, backups, and basic system administration.
• Ensure proper user access controls and data security in coordination with management.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Knowledge of Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Production processes will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries / SAP B1 Query Manager is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, hardware, printers, networking, and software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with users across different departments.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
