Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress against baselines and report status to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
