Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders on project performance and issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager (CAPM certified).
- Strong understanding of PMP principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
