We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BRIM CM Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, with a focus on Convergent Mediation. You will work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that optimize their billing processes and enhance revenue management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Convergent Mediation (CM).
Design and implement SAP BRIM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Conduct system configuration and customization in SAP BRIM modules, focusing on Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing.
Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the SAP BRIM system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BRIM functionalities, maintaining system integrity and performance.
Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM developments and enhancements to provide informed recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

7-17 years of experience in SAP BRIM, specifically in Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging.
Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue management, and telecommunications industry standards.
Proficiency in SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and SAP Subscription Billing.
Experience with integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and MM.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements for SAP solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
