SAP BODS Data Migration Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities for SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), SAP Data Migration methodologies, and experience leading migration workstreams for large-scale SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete data migration lifecycle including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Design and develop data migration solutions using SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather migration requirements.
• Define data migration strategy, governance, and best practices across multiple SAP modules.
• Manage legacy data mapping to SAP target systems.
• Perform data quality assessments and implement cleansing activities.
• Coordinate mock loads, cutover planning, reconciliation, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies related to data migration.
• Lead offshore/onshore migration teams and mentor junior resources.
• Drive stakeholder communications and provide regular migration status updates.
