Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with UK-based clients are essential for this role.The selected candidate should be willing to work onsite in the UK for approximately 3–6 months, with the deployment managed from India.Key Responsibilities* Support SAP BusinessObjects (BO) to Power BI migration and testing activities.* Analyze and validate existing SAP BO reports, WebI reports, and BO Universes.* Perform report testing and validate data accuracy between source systems, SAP BO, and Power BI.* Perform data mapping and field mapping as part of migration activities.* Analyze business logic and ensure it is accurately implemented in the target reporting solution.* Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including SQL joins and data validation queries.* Identify data/reporting issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).* Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.* Manage defects, perform defect analysis, and coordinate with technical/business teams for resolution.* Provide UAT support and coordinate with business users.* Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve reporting-related issues.* Support UK client discussions and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams.* Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, and status updates.* Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders.Mandatory Skills* Strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO)* Strong knowledge of BO Universe* Strong experience with Web Intelligence (WebI)* Strong SQL skills* Good understanding of SQL Joins and Query Troubleshooting* Experience in SAP BO to Power BI Migration / Testing* Strong understanding of Data Modelling and Data Relationships* Experience in Report Testing and Defect Resolution* Knowledge of Data Mapping and Field Mapping* Strong Business Logic Understanding* Experience with UAT Support and Coordination* Experience in Test Case Preparation and Execution* Strong Requirements Analysis skills* Good Issue / Defect Management experience* Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication SkillsGood to Have* Experience working with UK clients* Prior onsite/client-facing experience* Experience in Power BI migration projects* Strong documentation and reporting skills* Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teamsCandidate Profile* 5–8 years of relevant experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandatory* Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BO – Mandatory* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to interact confidently with business users and client stakeholders* Willingness to travel and work in the UK for 3–6 monthsSourced from naukri
