• 5+ years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Administration.
• Strong experience with SAP BO 4.x platform administration.
• Expertise in CMC, CMS, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, BI LaunchPad, and Universe Management.
• Strong understanding of user management, authentication, authorization, and security administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with SQL and BI reporting environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
• Understanding of BI architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Experience in BO platform migration and upgrades.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Shell Scripting, or Python for automation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• SAP BusinessObjects certification.
