Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis & BTP Senior Consultant with 10+ years of strong SAP Technical/Basis experience and hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP Basis administration, BTP platform management, integrations, cloud operations, troubleshooting, and technical delivery across enterprise SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and support SAP Basis activities across SAP S/4HANA, RISE/PCE, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and on-premise environments.

· Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, transports, system refreshes, and client administration.

· Administer SAP HANA databases, including backup/restore, replication, HA/DR, and performance management.

· Manage SAP BTP subaccounts, entitlements, Cloud Foundry/Kyma environments, destinations, and service configurations.

· Work on SAP Integration Suite / CPI for enterprise integration and connectivity.

· Support SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, analytics, health monitoring, job monitoring, and change/transport management.

· Manage SAP IAS/IPS, role collections, authentication, OAuth 2.0, and SAML configurations.

· Support SAP SuccessFactors technical administration and BTP-based integrations.

· Work with SAP Build, Work Zone, and Process Automation services on BTP.

· Support RISE with SAP / SAP Private Cloud Edition (PCE) technical operations and cloud migration activities.

· Coordinate with SAP, infrastructure, cloud, application, and functional teams for incidents, changes, and technical issues.

· Act as a technical escalation point for critical incidents and customer-facing issues.

· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior SAP Basis/BTP team members.

Mandatory Skills

· 10+ years of SAP Basis / SAP Technical Administration experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.

· Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.

· Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.

· Experience with RISE with SAP / PCE / SAP Cloud environments.

· Good knowledge of SAP HANA Administration.

· Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.

· Knowledge of SAP IAS / IPS and BTP security.

· Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, transports, and performance tuning.

· Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
