SAP BASIS RISE Lead

• Lead SAP Basis operations across ECC/S4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Fiori.
• Manage SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
• Drive fullcycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield).
• Oversee system performance, security, HA/DR, and transport management.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and manage Basis administrators.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and handle vendor interactions.

Requirements

• 10 years of SAP Basis experience, including handson implementation work.
• Strong experience with HANA, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, and OS/DB migrations.
• Good leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• SAP/HANA certifications preferred; ITIL is a plus
