SAP Basis Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the SAP Basis team in managing and maintaining SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures using SAP HANA/SAP SHANA technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members on SAP Basis administration best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with expertise in SAP HANA/SAP SHANA technologies.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and ability to create efficient database schemas.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments with multiple production systems.
