SAP BASIS-HANA Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS-HANA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA administration, HANA database operations, installation, upgrades, system copy, migration, conversion, and production support. The candidate should have experience managing complex SAP landscapes across Linux and Windows environments.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP BASIS and SAP HANA Administration
• SAP S/4HANA installation and upgrades
• ECC to S/4HANA conversion and migration
• HANA installation, upgrade, backup, recovery, tenant creation, and license management
• System Copy, System Refresh, Client Copy, and landscape build
• SAP Kernel, Support Package, and NetWeaver upgrades
• Hands-on experience with SUM, SWPM, SPAM, and SAINT
• Linux administration and production support
• Fiori installation, upgrade, and BASIS-side configuration
• At least one S/4HANA conversion, upgrade, or migration project

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB, Fiori, Solution Manager, and Web Dispatcher installations and upgrades.
• Execute ECC upgrades, Unicode conversions, and ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversions.
• Manage SAP migrations to RISE with SAP, AWS, or cloud environments.
• Perform system copy, system refresh, client copy, and transport administration.
• Manage HANA backup, recovery, tenant creation, client upgrades, and database monitoring.
• Administer SAP Kernel, Support Packages, RFCs, TMS, batch jobs, spool, licenses, and SSL certificates.
• Monitor ABAP, Java, HANA, BOBJ, and operating-system environments.
• Support rehearsal, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Handle incidents, changes, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based production support
