Experience in medium to large SAP environments. Knowledge of SAP products and landscapes. Understanding of kernel upgrades, system copy, and admin tasks. Familiarity with tools like FRUN, Cloud ALM, STMS, DB02, SARA, SUIM, ST03N, SM20, SPAM, SUM.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of SAP Basis experience.
- SAP Basis certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide RCA
- Maintain system documentation and records
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and channels
- Perform installations, upgrades, system copies, and kernel upgrades
- Provide 24x7 rotational support for SAP systems
- Monitor SAP systems using FRUN or Cloud ALM
- Perform regular system health checks (Prod Non-Prod)
- Manage data growth, deletion, and partitioning
- Handle security monitoring, updates, and compliance
- Manage transports using ChaRM or CTMS
