About this role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to manage and support SAP environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. The role involves installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP systems across landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.)
- Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage SAP transports (TMS) and client administration
- Handle user administration and authorizations (in coordination with security team)
- Perform system refreshes, backups, and recovery activities
- Support SAP HANA database administration (if applicable)
- Ensure system availability and performance tuning
- Work on incident, problem, and change management tickets
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain system documentation and SOPs
