Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Basis administration.
  
• Perform kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and user administration tasks on SAP HANA and NetWeaver platforms.
  
• Conduct regular monitoring of SAP systems using tools like System Monitoring (SMON) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by clients through effective communication and coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or similar role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).
  
• Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, Kernel Upgrade, User Administration, Client copy creation/management, SMON monitoring tool usage.
