SAP BASIS Consultant @ Infosys

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Basis administration.
  
• Perform kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and user administration tasks on SAP NetWeaver platforms.
  
• Offer technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA administration and provide support during system monitoring and maintenance activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems affecting production operations.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by users through effective communication and coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or equivalent role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis administration, Kernel Upgrade, System Refresh, User Administration, Production Support concepts.
  
• Experience working with SAP NetWeaver platform; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA administration an added advantage.
