    Solution Design Configuration :
    • Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
    • Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
    • Ensure adherence to SAP and Automotive industry best practices.
    • Configure and support:
        1. Service Orders
        2. Workshop Management
        3. Service Appointments
        4. Vehicle Reception
        5. Parts Inventory Management
        6. Warranty Goodwill Processing
        7. Recall Campaign Management
        8. Labor Operations Pricing
        9. Vehicle Health Check (eVHC)
        10. Customer Quotations Approvals
          Business Process Analysis :
          • Analyze existing automotive dealership processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
          • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
          • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
            Requirements Gathering Documentation :
            • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
            • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
            • Prepare the below:
              1. Functional Specifications
              2. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
              3. Functional Design Documents (FDD)
              4. Process Flow Diagrams
              5. Test Scripts
              6. Training Materials
                SAP Project Delivery :
                • Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and Proaxia VSS implementations.
                • Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects including:
                  1. Requirement Gathering
                  2. Blueprinting
                  3. Design
                  4. Configuration
                  5. Development Support
                  6. SIT/UAT Testing
                  7. Data Migration
                  8. Cutover Planning
                  9. Go-Live
                  10. Hypercare Support
                    Technical Integration Support
                    • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
                    • Debug SAP programs and collaborate with ABAP developers to resolve complex issues.
                    • Support integrations involving:
                      1. OEM Systems
                      2. CRM Platforms
                      3. Payment Gateways
                      4. Digital Applications
                      5. Azure Integration Services
                      6. Middleware Platforms (Boomi, CPI, PI/PO)
                        Testing Quality Assurance
                        • Validate business requirements and ensure solution quality.
                        • Develop test scenarios and execute:
                          1. Unit Testing
                          2. System Integration Testing (SIT)
                          3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
                            User Training Knowledge Transfer
                            • Deliver end-user and super-user training.
                            • Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and process documentation.
                            • Provide continuous support to business users and support teams.
                              Production Support Continuous Improvement
                              • Provide L2/L3 support for Automotive Aftersales applications.
                              • Analyze incidents and identify recurring issues.
                              • Lead enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
                              • Ensure compliance with SLA and service delivery standards.

                                Requirements
                                • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, roll-outs, or upgrade projects.
                                • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
                                • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
                                • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
                                • SAP Certification(s) preferred.
                                  Functional Expertise :
                                  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience.
                                  • Strong hands-on experience in:
                                    1. SAP IS-Auto
                                    2. SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM)
                                    3. Proaxia VSS
                                    4. Experience in Automotive Aftersales business processes:
                                      1. Workshop Operations
                                      2. Service Management
                                      3. Parts Management
                                      4. Warranty Processing
                                      5. Service Appointment Scheduling
                                      6. Vehicle Reception Delivery
                                      7. Recall Campaigns
                                        Techno-Functional Skills :
                                        • Strong debugging capabilities.
                                        • Ability to analyze ABAP code and collaborate effectively with developers.
                                        • Knowledge of:
                                          1. Enhancements
                                          2. User Exits
                                          3. BAdIs
                                          4. Smart Forms
                                          5. Adobe Forms
                                          6. IDocs
                                          7. APIs/Web Services
                                          8. Understanding of:
                                            1. SQL Queries
