SAP ARIBA (Support)-PAN INDIA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP Ariba applications across India.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
  
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x5 support.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration, customizing, or supporting projects.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC integration with Ariba Cloud or On-Premise deployments.
  
• Proficiency in configuring contracts, master data setup, and user administration within Ariba.
