Job Description:

Skills: SAP Ariba P2P & Ariba Joule implementation.

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules
• Support end-to-end P2P process setup including requisitioning, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing
• Participate in system integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP.
• Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be procurement processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support catalog management, supplier enablement, and contract compliance activities
• Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and UAT phases
• Integrate Ariba with Suppliers AP system for automatic invoice processing.
• Good knowledge in using Ariba specific Joule agents.
• Work with business users to gather requirements.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot P2P issues
• Support change management and system enhancement requests
