• Location: Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad (5 Days Work From Office)

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with deep expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Commerce Automation. You will lead the design, configuration, and integration of upstream sourcing and downstream network transactions, connecting SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Contracting: Configure and support SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Guided Sourcing, RFx, auctions, and Contract Management.
• Commerce Automation: Manage automated Procure-to-Pay (P2P), transaction rules, document routing, and supplier collaboration on the Ariba Network.
• Integration & CIG: Design and test integration flows between SAP Ariba and backend SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Supplier Enablement: Drive supplier onboarding, coordinate enablement campaigns, and manage supplier profile visibility on the network.
• Process Optimization: Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, translate business needs into configuration workbooks, and write functional specs.
• Support & Testing: Perform unit/UAT testing, handle day-to-day tier-2/3 support incidents, and resolve data load or tax mapping issues.
• Ariba Guided Buying : Configure, customize, and support Guided Buying solutions including forms, tiles, catalogs, landing pages, policies, user groups, and procurement workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Ariba.
• Module Expertise: Strong command over Ariba Sourcing, Commerce Automation
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of CIG, standard APIs, master data loads (.csv/Direct Connect), and transactional rule setups.
• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills
