Sap Ariba Consultant

Job Title: SAP Ariba Lead Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contract Management modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of Procurement & Invoice Processing.
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system.
• SFIA Level: SFIA 5.

Professional Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Ariba Procurement
• SAP Ariba Integration Certification (CIG or API-based)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Oracle EBS Financials Cloud Certification (optional but valuable)

Role-Specific Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Competence in logical reasoning
• Ability to partner with clients on process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sub-function/team activities and manage Senior Analysts.
• Lead client coordination, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Align resources based on client business requirements and ensure effective shift planning.
• Monitor process KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Lead tri-party governance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Review small change requests, estimate effort, seek client approval, and drive implementation post-approval.
• Support transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Team Handling:

• Responsible for supervising and guiding Senior Analysts.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with client stakeholders.
