About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our SAP Enterprise Analytics Team. This role combines advanced SAC dashboard and planning model development with the active maintenance of enterprise planning cycles

In this position, you will bridge the gap between business planning requirements and technical delivery. You will design functional stories, build complex input forms and data actions, maintain vital SAP BW integration points, and support critical business cycles like monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• SAC Model & Dashboard Development: Design and build dimensions, hierarchies, stories, and dashboards across multiple functional workspaces. Create user-friendly input forms utilizing diverse unit types
• Planning Logic & Data Actions: Implement and maintain planning logic, including Data Actions, Multi Actions, and driver-trees to support forecasting models.
• Cycle Execution & Maintenance: Facilitate monthly forecasting (FC) and annual business planning (BP) cycles. Support structural modifications and system coordination during these time-critical periods.
• Data Integration & Connectivity: Maintain stable connections between SAC and SAP BW using the Data Provisioning Agent , ensuring efficient data flows.
• System Administration & Security: Configure and govern team access control matrices. Assist with tenant migration activities (e.g., from legacy environments to unified platforms) and manage access-related workflows.
• Testing & User Support: Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate go-live activities, and provide reliable hyper-care support.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Core SAC Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, with a strong focus on planning scenarios, predictive models, and reporting applications.
• Data Modeling: Solid understanding of SAC modeling paradigms, including dimension configuration, account-based vs. measure-based model structures, and security settings.
• Advanced SAC Features: Proficient in designing Stories, configuring Data Actions, and implementing Multi Actions.
• SAP Integration: Experience working with SAC-to-BW integrations and utilizing the Data Provisioning Agent to connect backend data stores.
• Business Cycle Understanding: Experience supporting standard corporate planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, or consolidated reporting).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Automation & Power Platforms: Experience with Microsoft PowerApps for workflow automation, or automating security/access provisioning.
• Domain & Industry Expertise: Background in automotive financial planning, forecasting, or structured agile/Scrum team environments.
• Modern SAP Tools: Familiarity with SAP Joule (AI assistant) or integration with external visualization platforms like Power BI
