Role & responsibilities

Hands-on SAP AMS Service Management experience.

Key requirements:

Day-to-day SAP AMS operations and production support.
Hands-on ownership of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Experience managing HPIs /MI’s incidents and customer escalations.
Strong customer-facing experience and cross-functional coordination.
Operational role with individual ownership, not just governance.
