SAP AMS Delivery Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Own service delivery and critical L3 incident resolution
• Provide technical leadership across Functional, Basis, CPI, EDI, ABAP and Fiori towers
• Drive SLA compliance, governance, RCA and CSI initiatives
• Lead Hypercare, Major Incident Management and CAB reviews
• Manage team capacity, utilization, staffing and mentoring
• Review releases, deployments and production changes
• Coordinate with SAP RISE, business stakeholders and third-party vendors
