SAP ALM / Testing Consultant

Experience 5 to 8 years of SAP consulting experience, including 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), or SAP testing tools

Work Mode Hybrid

Travel 3 months initially in Saudi Arabia, after which the position transitions to work from home Office Visits As and when required, travel to the Baner, Pune office

Job Summary

Experienced SAP ALM / Testing Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and a strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, and Application Lifecycle Management. The consultant will define and execute testing strategies, manage test cycles, track defects, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support quality assurance activities throughout SAP implementation projects.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of SAP consulting experience
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and QA processes
• Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global project teams
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for 3 months initially
