SAP AFS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fashion Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and hands-on experience in SAP Fashion Management. The candidate should have a good understanding of fashion and apparel industry processes, including seasonal collections, product variants, size and color management, order processing, inventory management, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP solutions to meet business requirements across fashion retail, wholesale, and apparel distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Fashion Management and SAP SD functionalities.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SD processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and returns.
• Work on fashion-specific business processes, including seasonal collections, style management, product variants, size and color characteristics, and article management.
• Support integration between SAP Fashion Management and other SAP modules, including MM, FI, and logistics.
• Manage order-to-cash (O2C) processes for fashion and apparel businesses.
• Support product master data, article master data, merchandise distribution, and inventory-related processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand wholesale, retail, and distribution requirements.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and data migration.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation/support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fashion Management or SAP solutions specific to the fashion and apparel industry.
• Knowledge of sales order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Understanding of fashion industry concepts such as styles, articles, seasons, collections, size grids, and color variants.
• Experience with product/article master data and variant configuration relevant to fashion processes.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP SD, MM, FI, and logistics.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and production support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fashion Management.
• Knowledge of fashion retail, apparel manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution business processes.
• Experience with interfaces, IDocs, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, intercompany sales, and returns management.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or application support projects.
