Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with S/4HANA expertise to design, develop, and support SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, S/4HANA enhancements, CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and Fiori integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using ABAP and S/4HANA technologies.
• Design and develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Create and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA-based objects.
• Develop and consume OData Services for SAP Fiori applications.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects.
• Design and build custom reports using ALV, Interactive Reports, and Adobe Forms.
• Develop interfaces using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, Web Services, and APIs.
• Perform code optimization and performance tuning using S/4HANA best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and HANA CDS Views.
• Expertise in Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Workflow.
• Hands-on experience with OData Services and SAP Fiori Integration.
• Experience with BAPI, RFC, IDoc, ALE, Proxy, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS), AMDP, and Code Pushdown concepts.
• Experience in performance tuning and SAP development standards.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Fiori/UI5 development exposure.
• Experience with SAP BTP and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Knowledge of Migration Cockpit and S/4HANA Conversion projects.
• SAP ABAP or S/4HANA Certification.
