SAP (ABAP) Technical Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical and functional teams; manage delivery and project lifecycle.
  
• Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications.
  
• Manage RICEFW developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  
• Review ABAP code for quality and compliance with standards.
  
• Support cross-module development (FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, HR).
  
• Implement and optimize Fiori, OData Services, and ABAP for HANA.
  
• Oversee Change Management, governance, and compliance.
  
• Communicate project updates and risks to business stakeholders.
