Hiring: SAP ABAP Solution Architect / Technical Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Solution Architect / Technical Engineering Lead for an immediate requirement.

Experience: 10+ Years
S/4HANA Experience: 5+ Years
SAP Fiori/UI Development: 5+ Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred
Notice Period: Immediate to very short notice candidates
Location: To be discussed with shortlisted candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end SAP TPM solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Lead technical design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Work extensively on SAP ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, OData V2/V4, SAPUI5/Fiori, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Drive transport management, security compliance, performance optimization, and observability.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, rollback planning, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Master Data, OTC, SAP Security, Basis, Demand Planning, and Enterprise Integration teams.
• Provide technical governance, architecture reviews, risk management, defect triage, and technical mentoring.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, RAP, Advanced CDS Views, OData V2/V4, BAPIs, RFCs, workflows, and transport management.
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 5+ years of SAPUI5/Fiori development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fiori Elements and Fiori Launchpad.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, AJAX, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse, and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, configuration tables, numbering sequences, enqueue/locking mechanisms, and high-volume production support.
• Functional understanding of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, Business Partner, and CCM.

Good to Have:

• SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation and S/4HANA modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical mentoring, and delivery governance experience.
