Senior SAP ABAP Technical Consultant / Technical Lead
Experience: 710+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.
- Handle SAP support and enhancement projects across FICO, SD and MM modules.
- Perform advanced debugging of custom Z programs, standard SAP objects, background jobs, update processes and queues.
- Develop and maintain Reports, RFCs, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, BDCs and Enhancement Spots.
- Work on SAP SmartForms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, ABAP Objects and Web Dynpro.
- Support SAP technical upgrades, including SPDD and SPAU activities.
- Understand business requirements and prepare technical specifications and design documents.
- Coordinate with functional teams, customers and project managers to deliver solutions on time.
- Prepare unit and functional test cases, perform testing and ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor team members, manage priorities and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Mandatory Skills
- 710+ years of SAP ABAP technical experience.
- SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
- Strong ABAP development and advanced debugging skills.
- Experience supporting SAP FICO, SD and MM modules.
- Hands-on experience in Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, Function Modules, User Exits, BDCs and Enhancement Framework.
- Experience in production support, enhancements and SPDD/SPAU upgrade activities.
- Good customer communication, technical documentation and team coordination skills.
Good to Have
- SAP ABAP certification.
- Experience in airline business processes.
- Experience with Web Dynpro, SmartForms, SAPscript and Adobe Forms.Role & responsibilities
